Refund and Returns Policy
At Mehnaz Foods ( SMC – PVT ) Ltd , we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with our product, we are here to help.
Returns
- You have 10 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all returns.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
- Refunds typically take 2-5 business days to reflect in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the specified time:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your bank or credit card company; sometimes processing takes extra time.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@mehnaz.pk.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective product for the same item, please contact us at sales@mehnaz.pk with proof of the damage.
Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- For exchanges due to defects, we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement product.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Custom-made or personalized items.
