Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

A: We strive to ensure that the product you receive matches the one shown in the picture. However, there may be slight variations in color, packaging, or appearance due to natural factors, lighting during photography, or changes in product design. Rest assured, the quality and ingredients will always meet our high standards.

Can I change my order after it's been placed?

A: Yes, you can modify your order, but only if it hasn’t been processed or shipped yet. To change your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order number and the details of the changes you'd like to make. We'll do our best to accommodate your request. However, if your order has already been processed or shipped, you may need to follow our return or exchange process once you receive the item.

 
 
How can I return an item?

A: To return an item, please follow these steps:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

A: After completing your purchase, a sales receipt will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. If you created an account, you can also view and download your sales receipt by logging in to your account and navigating to the "Order History" or "Purchases" section. If you didn't receive the receipt, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact our customer support team for assistance.
